Having spent much of his life on the end of a tether, it was no surprise to anyone when Toby came up positive for heartworms. Thanks to generous donations from caring individuals, his treatment will begin soon. First, he has to get rid of an infection. Once his heartworms have been treated, he'll be looking for his forever home. Click here, if you'd like to read more about his previous life.

Janet Henderson, an ACO with Dallas Animal Services, is a true friend to animals! Besides working in the field, she also rescues dogs.
Freddy Chavez, an ACO Field Officer with Dallas Animal Services, is equally great with both animals and people.
Dr. Paben, the newest vet at Dallas Animal Services. She works hard for the animals in need at the shelter handling all the spay/neuters plus puts in her share of overtime to care animals there in need of extra care.
